Use of personal data
By concluding to the Rental Agreement, the Customers agrees that L.R. electronically stores and processes his personal data in connection with this Rental Agreement for the purposes of the legitimate interests of L.R., including statistical evaluation, creditworthiness check and protection of the property of Legendary Rides. If the Customer violates the Rental Agreement, his personal data can be disclosed and forwarded to third parties accordingly insofar as this is necessary to assert claims or to prevent property damages of L.R.
We will not release your personal data to any third party except to L.R. providers to perform the contract when deemed necessary.
Credit Card data
When you choose to pay online by credit cards, you are being redirected to the PayPal payment portal outside of L.R. website. Any data that you enter then, including your credit card, is handled directly by these portals through their secure protocols, and not by L.R.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help us analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google servers. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website compiling repots on website activity for website operators and providing other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where requested to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
